it’s been a long time but I came back with a good idea.
I’m going to tell you how to make vegan nachos that my mother makes at home. I find them delicious and I think you will too.
So, first you have to go shopping :
Nachos and Mexican sauce preferably from Old El Paso, some fake cheese it’s the best from Venga, some frijoles, some onion, some vegan mince preferably from SoFine and if you want it to be really Mexican you can add some jalapeños. 😝
Then you can start: spread a layer of nacho chips on an oven pan. Put little bits of frijoles everywhere, put the vegan mince with little bits of chopped onion all over and then put small spoonfuls of Mexican sauce. Spread the meltable vegan cheese everywhere and then you can keep it 12 min at 180˚ celsius.
